Tilapia Parmesan Saute

 
Ingredients -
4-6 Tilapia Fillets or other White Fish
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
 
Preparation:

1. Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley flakes; set aside.

2. Heat a large sauté pan and add olive oil, butter, and lemon.

3. Sauté fillets 2-3 minutes per side until white and flaky.

4. Sprinkle cheese mixture on fillets and sauté each side for another minute and serve.
