Indian Mustard Fish

 
Ingredients -

3 Tablespoons Mustard Seed
5 Green Chili Peppers, diced
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Medium Onions, chopped
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Turmeric
Sea Salt, to taste
1/3 Cup Water
2 Pounds Salmon, cut into chunks

 
Preparation:

1. Place the chili peppers and mustard seed in a bowl.

2. Mash together to create a fine paste.

3. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the onions until just lightly browned.

4. Mix in the chili/mustard paste, chili powder, turmeric, and salt.

5. Stir in the water.

6. Place the salmon in the skillet.

7. Reduce the heat to low, and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated and salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
