Simple Italian influenced dish. Fillets are covered in spaghetti sauce and baked until firm and flakes easily with a fork. Fish is topped with grated mozzarella cheese and baked to a golden finish.
Ingredients -
4 to 6 Fresh Flounder Fillets
1-1/2 cups Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Arrange fillets in buttered baking dish.
3. Pour spaghetti sauce over fish.
4. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 additional minutes.
