Flounder Au Gratin

Flounder fillets coated with mayonnaise, and dredged in Parmesan cheese and seasoned salt bread crumb mixture. Fish is baked until golden and flaky.
Ingredients -

1/2 cup Fine Dry Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1 pound Flounder Fillets
1/3 cup Mayonnaise

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. Add dry bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasoned salt to shallow bowl.

3. Brush both sides of flounder with mayonnaise.

4. Coat fish with bread crumb mixture.

5. Arrange fillets in baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes.

Substitute any good quality white fish fillet such as tilapia or halibut for the flounder.
