1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
2. Add almond meal, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and fish rub to shallow bowl.
3. Line baking sheet with foil.
4. Brush fish fillets with melted butter. Dredge fillets in cheese mixture. Press mixture into fish.
5. Bake 15 minutes, turn fillets, bake 15 minutes or until fish is firm and golden brown.
