Almond Parmesan Baked Tilapia

 
Ingredients -
3 to 4 Tilapia Fillets, thawed if frozen, at least 1/2-inch thick
1/4 cup melted Butter
1/3 cup Almond Meal
2 tablespoons finely grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Fish Rub
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

2. Add almond meal, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and fish rub to shallow bowl.

3. Line baking sheet with foil.

4. Brush fish fillets with melted butter. Dredge fillets in cheese mixture. Press mixture into fish.

5. Bake 15 minutes, turn fillets, bake 15 minutes or until fish is firm and golden brown.
